On cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded excluding a DKK 300 administrative fee.
On cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the package price will be refunded excluding a DKK 300 administrative fee.
On cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, no refund will be granted.
With cancellation protection
Provided that cancellation protection, equal to 5% of the accommodation cost, was ordered during booking, the protection will take effect in the event of acute illness, accident or death, affecting the person who booked the stay, their spouse, children, parents or siblings. The entire accommodation cost will be refunded.
